Terms and Conditions

1. About these terms
These terms apply to virtual assistant and business support services provided by Virtual Anett, operated by [your full legal name or registered business name] (“I”, “me” or “my”).
My business address is [business address]. You can contact me at [email protected].
My services are for business clients only. By booking my services, you confirm that you are acting for business purposes.
2. Services and agreements
The services, tasks, fees, working arrangements and any deadlines will be agreed with you in writing before work begins. This may be by email or in a separate proposal.
Changes to the agreed work may affect the fee or timescale. I’ll discuss any changes with you and get your agreement before proceeding.
3. Fees and payment
I’ll invoice you for the agreed services. Payment is due by bank transfer within 7 days of the invoice date. My bank details will be on the invoice.
You agree to provide the information, instructions, approvals and access I reasonably need to carry out the work. Delays in receiving these may affect delivery times.
If an invoice is overdue, I may pause work until payment is received. I may also exercise any applicable legal rights relating to late commercial payments.
4. Ending ongoing services
Either of us may end an ongoing arrangement by giving 30 days’ written notice.
You’ll need to pay for services provided up to the end date, and for any expenses or commitments you approved in advance. Either of us may end the arrangement sooner if the other seriously breaches the agreement and does not put things right after written notice.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to give clear and timely instructions and to ensure that any information or materials you provide may lawfully be used for the agreed work.
You remain responsible for your business decisions and for checking and approving work where your approval is needed. I won’t make decisions or enter into commitments on your behalf unless we have agreed that in writing.
6. Confidentiality and personal information
I’ll take reasonable steps to keep your confidential business information secure and use it only to provide the agreed services, unless disclosure is required by law.
If I handle personal information on your behalf, we may need a separate written data processing agreement covering our data protection responsibilities.
7. Work and materials
Once you have paid all invoices relating to the work, you may use the work I create for you for the purpose we agreed.
Any materials, templates, methods or third-party content that I used or owned before the work remain subject to their existing ownership or licence terms.
8. General
These terms and any written proposal or service agreement form the agreement between us. If a proposal contains terms that differ from these terms, the proposal applies to the specific work it describes.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
